SHIPPING POLICY
All in stock items are dispatched via a ‘traceable and/or signed for service’ within 5 working days of payment received. Postage is charged by weight & the price you pay includes suitable packaging to ensure your item is delivered in the same great condition as it was when it was dispatched. Sustainability is really important to us and we try and use fully recyclable packaging often reusing cardboard where possible. Items are sent well packaged with positive reviews & feedback often received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returning a ‘stock item’
If you receive an item that you no longer want or require, the item(s) must be appropriately repacked to ensure safe delivery back to Rust in Time HQ within 7 days of receipt. It is the customers/buyers responsibility to pay for return postage. We cannot accept any liability for items lost in the post when being returned & strongly advise proof of return postage is retained until the item is confirmed as received by Rust in Time.
When returned items are received & the item has been inspected, a refund will be given via the received payment method within 7 days. Refunds will exclude the original postage charge as standard. If the item is returned damaged, a percentage of the value will be offered appropriately.

Customer satisfaction means everything to us and we’re are not a huge company that doesn’t care after a sale. We are proud of our feedback & reputation and want you to be happy and return again as many of our happy customers do.
Please contact us within 48 hours of an item being received in a damaged condition. We will ask for images of the damage or area of concern sent to us via email. If packaging is damaged upon delivery we also ask for pictures so we can raise this with the courier company used to help them & us improve.
Bespoke Items & Items made to order
Rust in Time are unable to offer refunds on any bespoke or made to order items. All items of this nature are approved by you (our customer) via dimensional drawings & visual pictures prior to manufacture. We ask customer to check & double check all sizes & features prior to any payment being made.
Once payment is received, the contract is made & production will commence.
