Please note, the item you receive will not be fully rusted & will be supplied in a ‘partially/non rusted’ condition allowing you to see the development & change in colours over time. When left outside, the rusting process will soon begin allowing you to watch your item beautifully change & ‘RUST IN TIME’ – You can always speed up the rusting process by spraying with salt water (or normal water) if needed to give the desired rusted look in a shorter space of time. Please be assured that any surface scratches or scuffs will not be visible once your item has rusted & matured. If your item is going inside, we suggest rusting outside first or keeping away from water for a natural steel look if required.
Delivery
All purchased items will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Evri depending on item size & weight. In the unlikely event there is a delay due to low stock, this will be communicated accordingly & a full refund offered where applicable.
Handling metal items
Please handle these amazing metal items with care. These items are not toys and are not suited for children to play with.
It is recommended that heavy gloves are worn when installing items however this is naturally your choice and only our recommendation. As product are made from metal & whilst all efforts are made during manufacturing to reduce & remove sharp edges, this cannot be guaranteed. For items going into the ground, we advise to soak the ground area with water to help with insertion.
